As I write this, Stan Snigir (page 86) is in second place in the World Cup and has the second fastest jump of the year, at 468.70 kph. Mousing around on the www.speedskydiving.com site, I found that Nik Mosesov (also page 86) and Stan have been trading the USA record over the past few years.
